Job Summary
Deliver excellent customer experiences by maintaining deep product knowledge and acting as a partner between customers, sales associates, and store leadership. Train and grow the team through coaching and feedback while ensuring operational excellence via scheduling, inventory management, and employee performance evaluations. Generate business results by meeting key KPIs across sales, merchandising, visual standards, and operations. Support key initiatives with the Store Manager and take a proactive approach to growing the business through community outreach. Maintain awareness of current and upcoming product trends to meet customer needs. Requires minimum two years of retail management or keyholder experience, including supervising and coaching sales associates. Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
