Job Summary
Deliver excellent customer experiences and foster team growth through coaching and feedback while ensuring operational excellence via scheduling, inventory management, and performance evaluations. Generate business results by achieving key KPIs across sales, merchandising, visual standards, and operations. Act as a partner between customers, sales associates, and store leadership to support initiatives and drive community outreach. Maintain deep product knowledge on streetwear and sneaker trends to meet customer needs and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment. Requires minimum two years of retail management experience and flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
