Job Summary
Conduct formal and informal assessments of educational programs and behavior interventions while supervising Teacher's Assistants and implementing IEP/student programs. Maintain participant and family confidentiality, complete required training and documentation including QSAC orientation, and interact with parents, interns, and professionals. Ensure health, safety, and welfare of individuals by performing other duties assigned by supervisors. Punctuality and regular attendance are expected. Hourly rate ranges from $23.00 to $29.00 commensurate with certification and experience. Bachelor's degree in early childhood or special education with master's enrollment required, plus three letters of recommendation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in one of the following areas: Child Psychology, Child Development, Elementary Education, Nursery-Grade 6 Elementary Education, Special Education (Students w/ Disabilities B-2 or 1-6), or General Education
- at least 12 credits specific to early childhood within any of these areas
- enrolled in a Master's program in Education or Special Education
- 3 letters of recommendation required upon hire
- Experience with Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis
- Ability to run
- Ability to safely assist lifting individuals of various weights & 20 lb items
- Clearance through state mandated Background/Fingerprint Check(s)
- Ability to communicate effectively with others and individuals served
- Punctuality and regular attendance

Desired Qualifications
