Job Summary
Merchandising Supervisor role at Kohl’s, leading merchandising and associate development to execute visual standards, pricing, and floor recovery; coach and train associates to brand standards; manage pricing activities, product replenishment, and loss-prevention measures; lead with integrity, drive KPIs, and ensure strong customer service and merchandising presentation across the selling floor.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- 2 years experience in retail or similar industry
- Experience supervising teams or associates, including the responsibility for coaching to achieve daily performance goals
- Basic math and reading skills, legible handwriting, and basic computer operation
- Ability to operate and communicate on multiple frequency devices, handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
- Ability to stand for duration of scheduled shift (8 hours) and lift up to 50 lbs
