Job Summary
As a Merchandising Supervisor, you will be responsible for executing store merchandising standards, maintaining a recovered selling floor, coaching and supervising associates, and ensuring accurate pricing activities. You will support operational standards, model effective customer service strategies, and use key performance indicators to drive store results. Additionally, physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs and adhering to health and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
