Job Summary
Lead role executing store merchandising standards, pricing changes, replenishment, and customer-focused service on the sales floor. Responsible for maintaining product presentation, sign and ticketing accuracy, and adherence to brand standards. Trains and supports associates on merchandising guidelines, product knowledge, and tools; partners with teammates to ensure efficiency, loss prevention, and safe, productive operations. Demonstrates integrity, teamwork, and a customer-service mindset while meeting individual and store goals (productivity, loyalty, credit). Ensures proper execution of pricing activities and visual standards to optimize sales and brand experience in a Kohl’s store environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Retail or service industry experience (preferred)
- Ability to perform basic math and reading tasks
- Ability to operate handheld scanners and basic computer operations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 50+ lbs with two-person lift
