Job Summary
As a Store Merchandising Lead, you will manage sales floor merchandising, pricing, and recovery while delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include executing merchandising processes in alignment with brand standards, maintaining product levels on the floor, following pricing guidelines accurately, and supporting the training of associates. You are expected to act with integrity, demonstrate good judgment, deliver operational standards, and adhere to safety policies. Ideal candidates should have flexible availability and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
