Job Summary
Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports while leading and developing store personnel. Develop action plans to improve operating results, oversee resolution of employee and customer concerns, and interview candidates for store positions. Manage personnel advancement and termination, collaborate on issue resolution to minimize liability, and lead the team to achieve consistent high performance and sales growth. Model core values, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, train staff to maximum potential, and observe work performance for coaching. Prepare weekly schedules, manage expenses and inventory procedures, maintain merchandising standards, and attend district operations calls and management meetings.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must have flexibility to travel within divisional requirements
- Must be able to handle and sell alcoholic beverages and meet any state and local requirements for handling and selling of alcoholic beverages
- Must obtain a ServSafe certification or other applicable state/local certifications to ensure compliance with food safety regulations
