Job Summary
Lead store operations by supervising personnel, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results, oversee customer and employee concerns, and train staff to achieve maximum potential. Interview candidates for store positions, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a collaborative environment while modeling core values. Collaborate with district managers to resolve issues, minimize liability, and execute company strategy to meet KPI goals and budgets. Travel to multiple locations for training as part of the program.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must have flexibility to travel within divisional requirements
- Must be able to handle and sell alcoholic beverages and meet any state and local requirements for handling and selling of alcoholic beverages
- Must obtain a ServSafe certification or other applicable state/local certifications to ensure compliance with food safety regulations
