Job Summary
Lead store operations by developing personnel, implementing action plans to improve results, and resolving employee and customer concerns. Supervise the team to achieve sales goals, manage compliance with policies and regulations, and ensure safe working environments. Interview candidates for store positions, prepare weekly schedules, and conduct meetings including district operations calls and training sessions. Travel to multiple locations during training as required.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must have flexibility to travel within divisional requirements
- Must be able to handle and sell alcoholic beverages and meet any state and local requirements for handling and selling of alcoholic beverages
- Must obtain a ServSafe certification or other applicable state/local certifications to ensure compliance with food safety regulations
