Job Summary
Lead store operations by communicating performance expectations to direct reports, developing action plans to improve results, and overseeing resolution of employee and customer concerns. Supervise personnel through interviews, advancement recommendations, and termination as needed while fostering a positive, collaborative environment. Manage compliance with policies, regulations, and safety standards by identifying hazards, maintaining equipment, and ensuring adherence to merchandising and cash handling procedures. Prepare weekly schedules, conduct team and management meetings, and train staff to achieve maximum potential and meet store KPI goals. Travel to multiple locations during training phases.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must have flexibility to travel within divisional requirements
- Must be able to handle and sell alcoholic beverages and meet any state and local requirements for handling and selling of alcoholic beverages
- Must obtain a ServSafe certification or other applicable state/local certifications to ensure compliance with food safety regulations
