Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports while leading and developing store personnel. Develop action plans using company resources to improve operating results and oversee resolution of employee and customer concerns. Interview candidates for store positions, recommend personnel for advancement or termination, and manage compliance with policies and procedures. Train and evaluate employees to achieve maximum professional potential, ensure adherence to customer service guidelines, and maintain safe working environments by identifying hazards. Prepare weekly schedules, manage inventory and cash handling policies, and execute operational plans to achieve store KPI goals and budgets. Attend district operations calls, one-to-ones, and training sessions while planning store team and management meetings. Travel to multiple locations during training as required.
