Job Summary
Lead store operations by developing and implementing action plans to improve results, managing personnel through interviews, advancement recommendations, and performance coaching. Oversee compliance with policies, safety standards, and merchandising guidelines while resolving employee and customer concerns. Prepare weekly schedules, conduct team and management meetings, and execute operational plans to achieve store KPI goals and budgets. Collaborate with district managers and vendors to ensure operational excellence and model core values. Train store personnel to maximize professional potential and maintain positive relationships with internal and external parties.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must have flexibility to travel within divisional requirements
- Must be able to handle and sell alcoholic beverages and meet any state and local requirements for handling and selling of alcoholic beverages
- Must obtain a ServSafe certification or other applicable state/local certifications to ensure compliance with food safety regulations
