Job Summary
Lead store operations by developing action plans to improve results, managing personnel through hiring, advancement, and termination, and resolving employee and customer concerns. Supervise daily activities including merchandising standards, inventory procedures, cash handling, and safety compliance while training staff to achieve maximum potential. Prepare weekly schedules, conduct team and management meetings, and model core values to drive sales growth and operational excellence. Collaborate with district managers and vendors to minimize liability and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations. Travel between multiple locations during the training phase.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must have flexibility to travel within divisional requirements
- Must be able to handle and sell alcoholic beverages and meet any state and local requirements for handling and selling of alcoholic beverages
- Must obtain a ServSafe certification or other applicable state/local certifications to ensure compliance with food safety regulations
