Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports while leading and developing store personnel. Develop action plans to improve operating results and oversee resolution of employee and customer concerns. Interview candidates for store positions, manage personnel advancement and termination, and collaborate with district managers and vendors. Supervise sales growth, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and train staff to achieve maximum potential. Evaluate employee performance, provide coaching, and maintain zone standards and merchandising. Prepare weekly schedules, manage expenses and inventory, and implement operational plans to meet KPI goals and budgets. Participate in district operations calls, management team meetings, and training sessions. Travel to multiple locations for training as required.
