Job Summary
Lead store operations by communicating performance expectations, developing action plans to improve results, and managing personnel including interviews, advancement, and termination. Oversee resolution of employee and customer concerns, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and maintain safe working conditions by identifying hazards and operating equipment. Supervise team development through training, coaching, and scheduling while executing company strategy to meet KPI goals and budgets. Attend district meetings and conduct store management team sessions to drive consistent high performance across multiple locations.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must have flexibility to travel within divisional requirements
- Must be able to handle and sell alcoholic beverages and meet any state and local requirements for handling and selling of alcoholic beverages
- Must obtain a ServSafe certification or other applicable state/local certifications to ensure compliance with food safety regulations
