Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports while leading and developing store personnel. Implement action plans to improve operating results, oversee resolution of employee and customer concerns, and manage personnel including advancement and termination. Interview candidates for store positions, model core values, and foster a positive collaborative environment. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations; train staff to achieve maximum potential; and evaluate work performance with feedback. Prepare weekly schedules, manage inventory and cash handling, maintain zone standards, and rectify safety hazards. Attend and conduct meetings such as district operations calls and store team gatherings. This role involves training at multiple locations with flexibility to travel within divisional requirements.
