Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports while leading and developing store personnel. Develop action plans using company resources to improve operating results and oversee resolution of employee and customer concerns. Interview candidates for store positions and recommend personnel for advancement or termination as appropriate. Manage compliance with policies, procedures, and applicable regulations, ensuring store personnel adhere to customer service guidelines and zone standards. Train and evaluate employees to achieve maximum professional potential and provide coaching. Prepare and manage weekly schedules, maintain inventory procedures, and ensure merchandising standards are met. Attend district operations calls, one-to-one meetings, and training sessions while modeling core values. Work independently and within a team to achieve store KPI goals and budgets, with flexibility to travel for training at multiple locations.
