Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports while leading and developing store personnel. Develop action plans using company resources to improve operating results and oversee resolution of employee and customer concerns. Interview candidates for store positions, manage personnel advancement and termination, and collaborate with district managers to minimize liability. Lead and supervise the team to develop sales, engage employees, and achieve consistent high performance while modeling core values. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations; train personnel to maximize potential; and observe work performance for feedback. Prepare weekly schedules, manage expenses and inventory, maintain zone standards, and implement operational plans to meet KPI goals. Attend district operations calls, one-to-one meetings, and training sessions; plan store team meetings and company events. Train at multiple locations with flexibility to travel within divisional requirements.
