Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports while leading and developing store personnel. Develop action plans using company resources to improve operating results and oversee resolution of employee and customer concerns. Manage personnel advancement and termination, interview candidates for store positions, and recommend actions to the district manager. Lead the team to develop sales, engage employees, and achieve consistent high performance by modeling core values and fostering a collaborative environment. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and applicable regulations while maintaining a safe working environment and identifying hazards. Prepare weekly schedules, manage inventory and cash handling, and enforce merchandising standards to meet store KPI goals and budgets. Travel to multiple locations for training and participate in district operations calls and management team meetings.
