Job Summary
Store Manager Trainee program at ALDI focused on developing leadership capabilities to run a store. Responsibilities include leading and developing store personnel, communicating performance expectations, creating and implementing action plans to improve operating results, interviewing candidates, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations, driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, training staff, scheduling, and maintaining safety and standards. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a retail environment and prior management experience
- ServSafe certification or other state/local certifications may be required to ensure compliance with food safety regulations
