Job Summary
Lead and develop store personnel by communicating expectations, interviewing candidates, and managing advancement or termination. Oversee operational excellence through action plans, schedule preparation, and adherence to safety, inventory, and cash handling policies. Resolve employee and customer concerns independently or with district managers while modeling core values and ensuring compliance with regulations. Train staff to maximize professional potential, evaluate performance, and maintain merchandising standards to achieve store KPI goals and budgets. Travel to multiple locations for training as part of the program.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must have flexibility to travel within divisional requirements
- Must be able to place products weighing up to 45 pounds on shelves at various heights
- Must be able to operate equipment such as electric and manual hand jacks, floor scrubber and cardboard baler
- Must be able to work in varying temperatures, hot and cold (including outdoor temperatures and refrigerator/freezer environments)
- Must be able to handle and sell alcoholic beverages and meet any state and local requirements for handling and selling of alcoholic beverages
- Must obtain a ServSafe certification or other applicable state/local certifications to ensure compliance with food safety regulations
