Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

ALDI is seeking a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join a comprehensive training program designed to prepare individuals to lead a store team and drive sales. Responsibilities include communicating expectations to direct reports, developing action plans to improve operating results, resolving employee and customer concerns, interviewing candidates, supervising personnel, collaborating with store leadership and partners, ensuring compliance with policies and laws, coaching and developing staff, maintaining safe working conditions, preparing weekly schedules, managing inventory and cash handling, achieving KPI goals, and leading store meetings. The role requires strong leadership, customer service orientation, ability to train staff, adapt to company standards, and capability to operate store equipment. Education and experience: at least 18 years old, high school diploma or equivalent preferred, prior retail and management experience; travel within divisional requirements for training.
