Job Summary
Store Manager Trainee program to develop leadership for store operations, customer service excellence, and team development; role focuses on leading store personnel, developing action plans to improve operating results, hiring and coaching staff, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, coordinating with district management, driving sales, maintaining a safe and positive work environment, and executing the company strategy. Requires strong communication, leadership and organizational skills, ability to train and develop staff, handle customer concerns, schedule weekly workloads, and ensure adherence to customer service guidelines. Training will prepare to lead a store and achieve KPI goals, with on-site supervision and hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a retail environment and prior management experience
- Ability to develop rapport and lead store personnel
- Must be able to work 45 hours per week
- 18 years or older required
