Job Summary
ALDI Store Manager Trainee program – lead a store with comprehensive training to develop skills in retail management, customer service excellence, and team leadership. Role involves communicating expectations, developing personnel, implementing action plans to improve store performance, interviewing candidates, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, managing schedules, maintaining store standards, training staff, and achieving KPI-driven results. On-site training across locations, with potential for travel within divisional requirements. Starting wage is $29.50 per hour with earning potential up to $111,000 in the first year (salary plus bonus where applicable).
