Job Summary
ALDI Store Manager Trainee program focusing on developing leadership and operational excellence to lead a store. Required Qualifications
- 18 years old or older
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail environment experience
- Prior management experience
- Ability to develop rapport and lead store personnel
- Ability to communicate effectively and work with teams
- Ability to schedule and manage store operations
- Ability to operate store equipment and handle cash
- ServSafe certification or other state/local certifications may be required to ensure food safety compliance (may be required)
