Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Store Manager Trainee at ALDI will develop the leadership and operational skills to lead a ALDI store, oversee staff performance, hire and coach personnel, and drive sales and customer service excellence. Responsibilities include communicating expectations to direct reports, developing and executing action plans to improve operating results, resolving customer and employee concerns with district guidance, interviewing candidates, managing personnel advancement and terminations, ensuring policy compliance, training and developing staff, maintaining safety and ergonomics, planning weekly schedules, managing expenses and cash handling, achieving store KPIs and budgets, and leading team meetings and training sessions.
