Full Time Store Manager - Stonebriar Centre

Drive sales and team performance by coaching AWMs, SLs, and Bear Builders to ensure an exceptional Guest experience while managing payroll, forecasting, and scheduling to achieve targets. Create weekly schedules, direct daily assignments, and enforce brand standards on merchandising displays. Make hiring and promotion decisions, lead shifts, and resolve Guest issues using independent judgment. Oversee inventory management processes including receiving, stocking, and counts. Build a high-performing team in partnership with the AWM. Work a typical retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and lift over 25 pounds.
