FULL TIME STORE MANAGER

Develop a store atmosphere focused on creating and exceeding the highest customer service, safety, and cleanliness goals while driving gross profit, shrink, and sales targets. Initiate merchandising and seasonal plans to grow store sales and customer counts, working with department managers to maintain a fresh, clean, and inviting environment. Manage associate time and efforts to maximize productivity, providing timely feedback on individual and department performance. Forecast weekly sales, budgets, purchases, and goals for the entire store to ensure targets are met on a weekly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Ensure store compliance with Federal, State, and Local laws and enterprise policies while monitoring employee time sheets to control labor costs. Train employees to fulfill their duties and reduce turnover, fostering a culture where staff feel respected and included.
