FULL TIME STORE MANAGER

Develop a store atmosphere focused on creating and exceeding the highest customer service, safety, and cleanliness goals while driving gross profit, shrink, and sales targets. Initiate merchandising and seasonal plans to grow store sales and customer counts, working with department managers to forecast weekly budgets and monitor labor costs. Train employees on duties to increase retention and reduce turnover, providing timely feedback on individual and department performance. Ensure store compliance with Federal, State, and Local laws and enterprise policies while managing associate time sheets to control labor expenses. Full-time role requiring the ability to lift 50 pounds or more, stand long periods, and walk.
