Job Summary
As Store Manager, act as a sales and customer service expert driving storage rental conversions, executing marketing plans, engaging with the local community, and mentoring assistant managers. Responsibilities include facility tours, maintaining a clean, well-presented property, managing rent collections and records, and participating in regional sales training and events. Requires strong communication, sales and marketing experience, management/operations background, weekend availability, and a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED (college education is a plus)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Competitive spirit and a desire to drive sales
- Energetic and open to new ideas and directions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A track record of success in sales and marketing is a plus
- Proven experience in management, leasing, retail, or operations
- Full availability, including weekends
- Willingness to complete light maintenance and property upkeep
- A valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation
