Job Summary
Lead store operations and sales team to deliver exceptional customer experience, drive top-line sales, and achieve KPIs. Responsibilities include supervising inventory management, developing operational strategies, ensuring safety and policy compliance, building and mentoring a high-performing sales team, executing recruitment strategies, and collaborating with marketing/operations. Drive visual merchandising standards, staff training on product knowledge, and staff development to improve store conversion and profitability. Must demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills, ability to analyze reports, manage budgets, and balance store needs with company objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years store/retail management experience
- Proven ability to drive sales results and analyze selling reports
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Experience creating schedules and managing time & attendance
- Proficiency with Windows-based software; Shopify a plus
