Job Summary
As a Chief Workshop Manager (CWM) at Build-A-Bear, you will ensure overall success by driving sales and team performance, fostering an exceptional Guest experience, and achieving financial goals. Responsibilities include coaching team members, creating schedules, managing hiring decisions, enforcing company policies, overseeing inventory management, and maintaining operational efficiencies. A minimum of 2 years of management experience and a high school diploma or GED are required, with preferred candidates having additional experience and qualifications in management and technology use. Strong leadership, judgment, and a passion for Guest engagement are critical.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of management experience with a proven, successful history in a customer-centric business

- Experience using common store technology solutions (POS, scheduling, HRIS, time and attendance)
