Execute daily facility inspections, manage rent collections and fees, and maintain precise accounting records. Establish a visible presence in local professional associations and community functions while mentoring assistant managers. Complete light maintenance and property upkeep as needed. Full availability including weekends required; valid driver's license and reliable transportation essential.
