Job Summary
As a Chief Workshop Manager (CWM) at Build-A-Bear, you will oversee the workshop's success by ensuring exceptional Guest experiences and managing a high-performing team. Key responsibilities include driving sales through coaching, creating weekly schedules, making hiring decisions, and ensuring adherence to company policies. You will oversee inventory management, maintain operational efficiencies, and develop team talent while fostering a culture focused on Guest experiences. Required qualifications include at least 2 years in management and a high school diploma or GED.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of management experience with a proven, successful history in a customer-centric business
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience using common store technology solutions (POS, scheduling, HRIS, time and attendance)
Desired Qualifications
- 2-4 years of store management experience
- Associate’s degree or higher in business, management, or a related field
