Job Summary
Store Counter Sales Representative connected to Auto Value’s automotive parts team. Responsibilities include greeting customers, offering expert product advice, assisting with parts lookup, paint mixing, returns, and promotions, handling phone inquiries for commercial deliveries and in-store sales, processing transactions accurately, maintaining a clean and safe store, and supporting inventory tasks such as freight check-in and labeling. Ideal candidates have automotive parts knowledge or experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, familiarity with POS systems and catalogs, a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record, and a willingness to learn and follow SOPs. Required Qualifications
- Provide exceptional service to retail and commercial customers
- Could you help customers with parts lookup, paint mixing, returns, and non-application parts?
- Respond to phone inquiries to support commercial deliveries and in-store sales
- Process transactions accurately while following store policies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
- Support inventory tasks, freight check-in, labeling, and deliveries
