Job Summary
Conduct customer service, operate registers, and transition between checkout, stocking, bakery, and produce areas to meet real-time store needs. Execute daily freshness checks, set up promotional displays, and maintain cleanliness standards across the sales floor, warehouse, and parking lot. Process returns, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure inventory accuracy by following streamlined stocking and safety procedures. Work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with a starting pay of $18.00 per hour, full benefits including medical, dental, and vision, and a 401k plan with company match.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn multiple roles quickly
- Effective, friendly, and professional communication skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift, carry, move, or slide products up to and in excess of 45 lbs. and reach above head height (10+ inches) frequently
