Job Summary
Store Associate for a new ALDI location responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a positive customer experience. Duties include operating the POS system, handling cash policies, opening additional check lanes when needed, stocking shelves per planograms, fulfilling curbside pickup orders, maintaining merchandising and zone standards, supporting loss prevention and safety, and following all policies and procedures. Requires ability to lift up to 45 pounds, perform physical tasks, and work 30+ hours per week. Education preferred: High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience preferred. On-site, full-time role in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior work experience in retail environment preferred
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Ability to operate POS system and cash handling
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to maintain reliable attendance
