Full-Time Store Associate (New Store)

Store Associate at ALDI responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and cleaning to maintain an attractive store and deliver excellent customer service. Responsibilities include operating the POS system, handling cash policies, managing curbside pickup, stocking shelves per merchandising planograms, ensuring safety and cleanliness, and assisting management to improve operational efficiency and minimize losses. Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds and work in a retail environment with attention to detail and reliable attendance. Minimum age 18; high school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior retail experience preferred. Starting wage is $17.50/hour with scheduled increases over time.
