Job Summary
Store Associate for a new ALDI store responsible for merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and cleaning to maintain a clean, well-organized store. Role uses POS to process purchases, supports curbside pickup, adheres to cash policies, follows merchandising planograms, and assists in achieving operational efficiency and loss goals while ensuring customer service and safety. Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds, work a 30+ hour week, and start at $18/hour with step increases over time. Training will occur at a nearby location until the new store opens.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years old or older
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred
