Full-Time Store Associate

Store Associate responsible for merchandising and stocking product, cashiering, and cleaning to keep the store looking its best. You’ll enhance the customer shopping experience by working collaboratively with the ALDI team and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include operating the POS system for purchases, following cash policies, opening additional check lanes as needed, stocking shelves per planograms, completing curbside pickup orders, maintaining zone and merchandising standards, assisting management with operational efficiency and loss goals, ensuring a safe working environment, and following inventory and cleaning procedures. Qualifications emphasize prompt, courteous customer service, ability to operate store equipment, clear communication, basic arithmetic, attention to detail, teamwork, and dependable attendance.
