Job Summary
Store Associate at ALDI responsible for merchandising and stocking product, cashiering, cleaning, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include operating the POS system, following cash policies, stocking shelves per planograms, completing curbside pickup orders, maintaining store and zone standards, assisting with loss prevention and operational efficiency, and upholding safety and housekeeping policies. Requires the ability to perform duties with or without accommodation and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Ability to operate POS and store equipment
- Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Retail experience preferred
