Job Summary
Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI responsible for merchandising and stocking product, cashiering, and cleaning to keep the store looking its best. You’ll enhance the customer shopping experience by working collaboratively with the ALDI team and providing exceptional customer service. Duties include using the POS to scan and process purchases, adhering to cash policies, opening additional check lanes as needed, stocking shelves per merchandising planograms, completing curbside pickup orders, maintaining zone and merchandising standards, supporting store management in achieving operational efficiency and loss goals, and ensuring a safe working environment with proper ergonomics. Required physical tasks include lifting up to 45 pounds and operating equipment such as cash registers, pallet jacks, floor scrubbers, and balers. Education: high school diploma or equivalent preferred; 18+ years old. Key skills: customer service, POS operation, merchandising, inventory handling, communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and basic arithmetic.
Required Qualifications
