Job Summary
Store Associate at ALDI responsible for merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness; provide excellent customer service, operate POS systems, follow cash policies, and support management to achieve efficiency and loss goals. Duties include stocking shelves per planograms, processing curbside pickup orders, ensuring safety and proper equipment operation, and maintaining inventory and merchandising standards. Requires ability to lift up to 45 pounds, stand and perform tasks in varied temperatures, and strong communication and teamwork skills.
Required Qualifications
