Job Summary
Store Associate responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to enhance the customer shopping experience. Duties include operating the POS system, processing purchases, adhering to cash policies, managing checkout lanes, completing curbside pickup orders, and supporting store management to achieve operational efficiency and loss-prevention goals. Requires strong customer service, communication, basic arithmetic, ability to work independently and with others, and the physical ability to perform tasks including lifting up to 45 pounds and standing for long periods.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred
