Job Summary
Store Associate responsible for merchandising and stocking product, cashiering, and cleaning to keep the store looking its best; provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience; operate the POS system, adhere to cash policies, manage curbside pickup orders, uphold inventory and loss-prevention goals, and maintain safety and merchandising standards; requires ability to work collaboratively with the ALDI team and to lift up to 45 pounds, with high school diploma preferred and prior retail experience a plus.
