Job Summary
As a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI, you will perform merchandising and stocking, cashiering, and cleaning to maintain an inviting store. You’ll enhance the customer shopping experience by collaborating with the ALDI team and delivering exceptional service. Duties include operating the POS to process purchases, adhering to cash policies, following merchandising planograms, stocking shelves, and completing curbside pickup orders from the staging area. You’ll support store management in achieving operational efficiency, loss control, safety, and adherence to company policies. Physical tasks include lifting up to 45 pounds, pushing/pulling, and working in various temperatures. Qualifications emphasize prompt, courteous service, ability to operate store equipment, effective communication, basic arithmetic, attention to detail, teamwork, and reliable attendance. Minimum age is 18; high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; prior retail experience is a plus. The position requires averaging 30+ hours per week and starts at $18.00 per hour.
