Job Summary
Store Associate at ALDI responsible for merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and cleaning to maintain store appearance; delivers exceptional customer service, operates the POS system, enforces cash policies, opens additional check lanes as needed, stocks shelves per planograms, completes curbside pickup orders, maintains inventory and merchandising standards, and supports store management in achieving efficiency, loss reduction, safety, and proper equipment use. Requires physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and perform tasks in varying temperatures; high school diploma or equivalent preferred; 18+ years old; full-time role averaging 30+ hours per week with wage starting at $18.00/hour and increases thereafter.
