Full-Time Store Associate

Store Associate at ALDI responsible for merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and cleaning to maintain store presentation. Key duties include using the POS system for purchases, adhering to cash policies, managing checkout lanes, stocking shelves per planograms, completing curbside pickup orders, maintaining store and zone standards, supporting management to improve operational efficiency and loss prevention, ensuring a safe work environment, following inventory procedures, and performing general cleaning. Physical duties include lifting up to 45 pounds and operating equipment such as cash registers and floor scrubbers. Education: high school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior retail experience preferred.
