Job Summary
Store Associate responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and cleaning to keep the store in top condition; deliver exceptional customer service by collaborating with the ALDI team; operate POS to process purchases and handle cash policies; manage curbside pickup, maintain shelving and merchandising standards, and support loss prevention and safety. Requires ability to lift up to 45 pounds, work with store equipment, and meet availability requirements. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; at least 18 years old.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Ability to operate POS and store equipment
- Strong communication and arithmetic skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Good attendance and availability
